RFA Class 3: Education & Health, Community Supports, and Reproductive and Health Rights

This is your INVITATION to our Resource Family Pre-Approval Series.  If you know a local family interested, we would love you to invite, or even join them for the series.  If you plan to join us for our Resource Family Pre-Approval Series, please email that you plan to attend – it is appreciated. The Release Form attached we ask you to complete and sending back by email or mail.

There is a Pre-Approval Series held each month of the year.  Please refer to the full FKCE Calendar attached for future class dates and times. Concurrently, you can find the RFA Application at https://www.yoloforkids.com/foster/ .  The County RFA Team is given 90 days to work with you once an application and classes are completed.  If you have specific questions on the application you can reach out to Nellie.Evans@yolocounty.org, the RFA Supervisor and she is happy to assist and answer any questions you may have.  In the Orientation Class we go over the process for becoming an Approved Yolo County Resource (Foster or Kinship) Home.
