- Unlimited talk
- Unlimited text messaging
- Up to 25 GB of high-speed data
- Up to 10 GB of mobile hotspot data
Who is eligible to apply?
- Current foster youth who are at least 13 years old.
- Foster youth in extended foster care.
How do I apply?
- Minor foster youth, ask your caregiver or caseworker to help you apply and one of them must co-sign your enrollment application with you.
- If you are in extended foster care, you can apply on your own.
- You must provide County Dependency letter.
