Who can get this FREE service?
Must be a Yolo County resident between the ages of 17 to 24. Must have at least one of the following: Foster youth, homeless, IEP or 504 disability, did not finish high school, have been through the justice system, parenting a child, or pregnant. Includes current or former Yolo County Foster Care youth placed in out of county residency.
