Re-housing services for homeless youth
Empower Yolo rapid rehousing will work with you with goal of moving you into permanent housing while working on ways to address the underlying causes of your homelessness. They can work with you for intensive case management and financial coaching. You may also receive financial assistance for rental assistance, security and utility deposits, referrals for legal assistance, and credit repair.
Housing loss prevention services for youth who may be behind on rent or facing eviction
Empower Yolo will work with you to help you maintain your current housing if possible. You will meet with housing staff to discuss your unique situation and to see if you can receive financial assistance for rent, security and utility deposits, referrals for legal assistance, and/or credit repair.

Youth can also “walk-in” (no appointment necessary) and get support:
- Woodland
- Dowling Center, 175 Walnut Street – Tuesday 1PM to 3PM and Friday 9AM to 12 PM
- Davis
- D-Street House, 441 D Street – Tuesday 10 AM to 1 PM and Thursday 1PM to 3PM
